A post war apartment with tree top views looking to create a warm and modern space.  The priority was to really maximize the budget by selecting work which would visually enhance the space.  The main focus being the living and dining room where a special treatment was added to the window frames to give them a new and bold look.  The floors were stained to create warmth, while all new lighting was selected along with custom fabricated radiator grilles to give a modern flair.
